The story of WajdQuran
In Arabic, wajd means to find, and the quiet stirring of the heart when something true is found. That is the hope of this app: that you do not only read the Quran, but find it, and feel it.
Most of us can say the words. Fewer are given the chance to understand them. WajdQuran was built to change that: recite a verse and it is found for you, read the whole Quran on a calm page, tap any word for its meaning, and understand what each verse teaches, in words a child or an elder can follow.
No account. No advert. No price. Knowledge of the Book should never sit behind a paywall. Made by WAJD AI, with care for accuracy and respect for what this Book is.
Our mission
To help every seeker, young or old, find the Quran, understand it, and carry it, free, and in a language they think in.
Our vision
A world where no one is kept from the meaning of the Quran by cost, language, or literacy, and where anyone can grow to love the Book because they were helped to understand it, not only to sound it out.
What we stand for
- Free, for everyone. Knowledge of the Book never sits behind a paywall.
- Understanding, not just recitation. We help you feel it, not only say it.
- Accuracy is sacred. Nothing about the Quran goes live unchecked.
- For everyone. Simple, kind and beautiful, welcoming whether you are new to the Quran or long familiar.
- Privacy and dignity. No surveillance of anyone; what you do stays on your device.
- Original and honest. Our own words, nothing copied, no invented facts.
- Calm and beautiful. A quiet, illuminated space, not a noisy game.
